Kigo for Spring is “risshun/beginning of spring”. 4^th or 5^th February.  A first of 24 divisions of a year and spring starts on this day. On the day of risshun, the talisman posted on the door of Zen temples reads “beginning of spring, excellent luck”.

Hello there！

I took this photo at the Kunozan Toshogu shrine in Shimizu-ward, Shizuoka-city. Since NHK has started running the drama about Shogun Ieyazu (どうする家康), more visitors are seemed to be coming here. This shrine has been built as a fortress. to me, it has the attraction because of the topography, and birds like pale thrushes and woodpeckers seen here, both of that are said to be lesser in numbers. Birds might not interest other worship-visitors from all over japan, COMING FOR IEYASU SAN . They saw me quizzically, as i held the Nikon Ｐ1000 and focusing on distant trees.

Hitori Saito san says (not in the exact words) always “think nothing against yourself”.  It sounds easy to say but hard to actually do. For instance, you may say you want to be healthy but may accept your poor circulation, or tiring easily. You may say you want to be rich! but your action is not showing you are buying it. Oh yes, some of us acutely aware, aren’t we?

Let us admit, not all of us really know myself. But, i would say we have some rooms for improvement. We know ourselves in part. 

I can literally bow number of times to make everyone feel better in a certain setting because “I am the pro”. However, i did not thought that my head has been a mallet of luck all these years. Yes, my head is the mallet of luck and shake!

Today’s Marukan Product

Take 2 tables once in a morning and another time in evening and that is it. My bowel movement was not quite regular but it is now. In addition, i used to have loose bowels because of tension for my upcoming assignment, but no more. Almost unbelievable! My intestinal environment must be improving.
