Topic of RAKUre and KOTO-SUGI
Last week, I introduced the data of wonderful antidiabetic action of KOTO-SUGI better than the drug, because I wanted to discuss associations between diabetes and dementia.

Several months ago, I stayed in a hotel in Tokyo with a friend. When we were shopping at Seven-11 on the ground floor, she appeared so confused, all of sudden. I was not able to help her well. It surprised me. As a matter of fact, I am medically trained. I could recite the signs and symptoms of diabetes. I should have known better how a diabetic person would act in front of me when her blood-sugar level plummeted. We went back to the room and helped her to eat snacks for diabetic emergencies and fresh pineapples but that was it.

In Japan, diabetes is called people’s disease and worryingly spreading among the population. There are Type-I Diabetes that is otherwise called as the thin people’s diabetes and Type-II that is otherwise called as the fat people’s diabetes. My partner and I once were “diagnosed” that we were both diabetic by some check on our hair. We thought that must have been a mistake. We were both on the thinner side of standard weight and vegetarians. That said, the diagnosis comes when least expected.

Long story short, we weren’t diabetic according to the health check conducted by the hospital. There are big gaps between the figures set by Western Medicine and how you feel about your own wellbeing. Nonetheless, this incident opened our eyes to a possibility and changed our lifestyle choices so that we can fend off diabetes.

Some of you may be in the gray area between normal blood sugar and diabetes. Some of you may be on the strict regimen. KOTO-SUGI extract is very much recommended as it activates insulin secretion and stabilizes your blood-sugar.

Lignan contained in KOTO-SUGI extract is considered to work on cells of spleen, by which insulin is secreted, and repair damages. (omitted) KOTO-SUGI extract brings the complex effects to energize the insulin secretion weakened by the years of overeating and overdrinking.
