Muscle test Monday

By Café Kinesi, I checked my readiness to achieve my goal: fund my project to grow, hand pick and spin organic cotton to produce cotton threads in the Philippines. My test muscle did not lock. Meaning, I was not yet vibrating at a frequency of a person who earns 10 million yen.

Before proceeding, a little disclaimer here. This blog post is to give you a glimpse of my Kinesiology session, however, no two heart feel the same way.

I did what I always do, but it did not turn out the way it was supposed to. I checked switching (electrical scrambling in the body) and found it normal. Judging by the circumstance, Café Kinesi wasn’t suitable for the adjustment exercise, so I went on checking 14 meridians. My body reacted on Governing meridian. I read the corresponding metaphors.

What transitions are you coping with, or do you need to make?
Are you carrying something that has become a burden?
    If so, what?
How can you transition or transform your burden so that it is helpful and not hindering to you?

Your conscious mind may stay blank even after you read a metaphor or two. The answer does not have to come up immediately. Do something else and come back to metaphors. When I read “are you carrying something that has become a burden?” second time around, one particular feeling was felt.

For everyone in this day and age, the burdens are almost always about the human relationship or work related or both. You need to recognize your honest feeling without suppressing during the exercise, but take control over it. Remain cool-headed and establish the relationship between your burden and your goal (of earning 10 million yen). The problem is almost solved if you get this far.

Adjust your feeling by imagining yourself involved with your burden and without. The purpose is for you to be balanced regardless of the presence of your burden.

We are big people. As it is often quoted, you have to kiss a lot of frogs before you find your prince. If someone turned out to be a frog, just say “It was great to meet you. Good luck” and that should be enough.
