If you are a residing and/or member of a company’s work force in Japan, you are obligated to take an annual health check. I received a several warnings like “lumps found in a breast” or “abnormal cervical cells found” and “hepatitis”.

I took each warning very seriously, especially the first one and found a number of mentors to tackle holistically. Years later, my body is free of any abnormal cells, lumps or hepatitis. One thing I didn’t do was allopathic treatments.

Last week, I caught a cold. I broke a fever and was knocked down for 5 days. No “lumps in breast” ever knocked me down.
No “abnormal cervical cells” did that either, let alone “hepatitis”.

Let’s face it. We are vulnerable to a common cold. Let us be nice to ourselves.
